About Mokaliki
Mokaliki is a mobile mechanic dispatch platform connecting drivers with verified mechanics across Lagos.
For Customers
By contacting Mokaliki you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle issue and location. Payment must be confirmed before a mechanic is dispatched. All prices are fixed and communicated before any mechanic moves.
For Mechanics
By applying to join the Mokaliki network you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to maintain professional conduct on every job. You agree to the terms set out in your service agreement which must be signed before you go live on the platform.
Service Availability
Mokaliki operates across 10 Lagos zones. Service availability may vary by zone, time of day, and mechanic availability.
Disputes
Any disputes should be directed to hello@mokaliki.ng. We will respond within 48 hours.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
