The Problem We Saw
When a vehicle breaks down, finding a mechanic is not the challenge. The problem is what follows.
Repairs are completed just well enough to get the vehicle moving again. Within days, the same fault returns. The driver goes back. More money is spent. The cycle continues. Drivers are kept in a loop that is difficult to escape.
Parts present a separate but equally serious concern. A driver is told the components being fitted are genuine. There is no way to verify this. Substandard parts are installed without the driver's knowledge, the vehicle deteriorates, and the driver pays again.
There is no warranty. There is no accountability. There is no system in place to protect the driver.
This is the problem we set out to fix.

However, without professional structure and support, their skills go unrecognized, their income remains unpredictable, and their access to quality tools and genuine parts is severely limited.
The Mokaliki Skill Fund exists to change this reality.
As the platform grows, the Skill Fund will invest in mechanic training programs, professional certification pathways, tool access schemes, and genuine parts availability at fair prices. This is not charity. It is infrastructure. Every mechanic who joins the Mokaliki network should have a clear path to growing their skills, their professional reputation, and their income over time.
