Field Sales Agent, Island
About the Role
Mokaliki is Lagos's first verified on-demand mechanic dispatch platform launching July. We are building a network of 101 verified mechanics across 10 Lagos zones before we go live. Your job is to make that happen on the Island.
You will be the face of Mokaliki on the ground. You will visit mechanics in your assigned zones, introduce them to the platform, collect their details, verify their identity documents, and sign them onto the network. This is a field role. You will be moving around Lagos Island every day talking to people and getting things done.
We are not looking for someone with 10 years of experience. We are looking for someone who is hungry, organised, and knows how to connect with people. If you have recently finished university and you are ready to work hard for something real, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
- ✓Visit mechanics across Island zones daily
- ✓Introduce Mokaliki and explain the opportunity
- ✓Collect mechanic applications, photographs, and identity documents
- ✓Verify NIN and ID documents on the spot
- ✓Sign mechanics onto the platform
- ✓Log all activity daily
- ✓Hit your zone targets before the July launch
What We Are Looking For
- ✓Recently graduated or up to 2 years work experience
- ✓Based on Lagos Island or able to work there daily
- ✓Confident communicator who can talk to anyone
- ✓Highly organised and detail-oriented
- ✓Owns a smartphone and is comfortable with WhatsApp
- ✓Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- ✓Previous field, sales, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
- ✓Knowledge of cars and mechanics is a plus but not required
